Meet our Head Chef: Michael Rios
Michael discovered his passion for cooking at a young age, refining his skills through years of hands-on experience. Trained in classic French technique and influenced by his Latin and Southeast Asian heritage, his cuisine highlights bold global flavors, seafood, and wild game. He has led award-winning kitchens in Fort Worth, TX, earning “Best Vietnamese,” “Best New Restaurant,” and Rising Star Chef of the Year (2024). Michael now brings his culinary vision to Decatur, TX.
